Question | External links in new window/tab?
Could you set Lemmy to open external links in a new window/tab? Especially on the desktop it is annoying to always have to remember to click the link with the middle mouse button, or just in conjunction with ctrl.

How do I stop being a moderator for a community?
I want to know for the future; if I ever need to take time off moderating.

Question | Are there any plans to support hashtags?
On other Fediverse platforms, hashtags are supported to a greater or lesser extent, and on some they are essential. Is a corresponding support planned for Eddy as well?

Question | Is inline support for audio and video streams, Youtube, Soundcloud, etc. planned?
Hello, I wanted to ask if an inline support for media content is planned? So something like video and audio streams, youtube, soundcloud, etc? I think that would make it a lot easier if you don't have to go to another page for each content. OK I'm probably a little spoiled by Diaspora and Friendica. :-)

What to do with deleted answers?
Someone deleted a popular [answer to a post](https://lemmy.ml/post/161048/comment/114179) and now I don't have a way to make it look right. What should I do in such cases?

Is there a share to lemmy extension for any browser?
Hi all, currently I share links to my self hosted shaarli instance but I guess that I would like to post some links also to lemmy. Is there already a share to lemmy extension for browsers?

Should bumping be a feature?
Whenever I post a question in reddit or stackoverflow that doesn't get a response, I usually delete it and post it again the next day. Because posts that don't get any attention soon after being posted are definitely not going to get it days later. If it's allowed people are going to do it here too. To avoid it I was going to open an issue asking for bumping as a feature but I've read that [@dessalines](https://lemmy.ml/u/dessalines) [doesn't like necrobumping](https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/1675). In the issue, I was going to say that bumping could be set by the admins on each instance, with numbers for the days and 0 being not allowed.

Besides finances how can people support Lemmy?
We just launched our instance at https://beehaw.org not too long ago. However, a good number of people have been asking questions like this for the past several days on our Discord server. P.S. - I will have a big surprise (hopefully...if all goes well) for the Lemmy community in March.

Was having a conversation with a mod who was upset that I downvoted their opinion. Apparently if you disagree, you are banned. Looking at you [@CHEFKOCH@lemmy.ml](https://lemmy.ml/u/CHEFKOCH). I wouldn't consider anything I did trolling or a violation of the rules of c/scandalzilla. Here is the post if anyone wants to validate: https://lemmy.ml/post/163594

Is there a bot that will scrape RSS / ATOM feeds and xpost to lemmy?
It would be handy for auto-posting new github releases, youtube vids, SO content, etc. If not I'll make one, so recommend libs =]

lemmy.ml is being brigaded with anti-semitic posts
They're all sent by a handful of recently created accounts. Should there be an admin approval system for first posts, or something similar to slow down such attempts? Edit 2: The [brigaders are coming from /pol/](https://lemmy.ml/post/157485) as found by [@gun@lemmy.ml](https://lemmy.ml/u/gun) Edit 3: They've now been banned. Thank you mods.

Should we move StackOverflow content to Lemmy.ml?
It would be nice to have the content from StackOverflow in here. Since the content has a creative commons license, it's enough to copy and paste the license in each post. What do the admins think? Should we wait until there are tags or flags or some other way of sorting the questions or could we start importing them to this instance? Maybe you don't want them in here and prefer them to be on another instance.

RSS feed for all my subscribed communities?
I know I can get feeds for specific communities, but is there a way to get a single feed with all my subscribed communities? I'd like to have one feed that updates when I join or leave a community, instead of needing to subscribe both in Lemmy and my RSS reader.

Why does the instances list have peertube sites?
The instances list currently seems to be mostly lemmy instances with a couple of peertube sites like tilvids and framatube for some reason. I am confused as to why. The idea is to link *lemmy* instances, is it not? We don't yet have federation with peertube yet do we?
